The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has recently released a notification inviting candidates to the Online Detailed Application Form DAF II for the Civil Services Preliminary Examination IAS and Indian Forest Services IFS Vacancy 2019. All the interested candidates for the recruitment post and those who are qualified in the Main Examination are hereby informed that you can now fill the DAF Form 2020.
Important Dates
- The online application was started on 19th February 2019
- The last date to fill the inline application form was 19th March 2019 up to 06:00 PM
- The last date to pay the examination fee is 19th March 2019
- The date of Pre-Examination date was 02nd June 2019
- The Admit Card was available from 30th April 2019
- The Pre-Exam results were declared on 12th July 2019
- The online application form of the DAF IAS will be started on 01st August 2019
- The last date to fill the online application form of DAF IAS is 16th August 2019 up to 06:00 PM
- The date of Civil Services Mains Examination was 20th September 2019
- The date of Forest Services Mains Exam was 01st December 2019 to 08th December 2019
- The Admit Card of Civil Services Mains was available from 30th August 2019
- The last date to fill the online application form of DAF IFS was 18th September 2019 up to 06:00 PM
- The Civil Services Mains Result will be out on 15th January 2020
- The last date to fill the online application form of DAF II IAS is 27th January 2020 up to 06:00 PM
Application Fee
- General and OBC: Rs. 100 only
- SC, ST and PH: Rs. 0/- (Exempted)
- Female candidates under all categories: Rs. 0/- (Nil)

- You can pay your exam fee only via Debit Card OR Credit Card OR Net Banking or you can also consider making for fee payment via E Challan Fee Mode

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification Required
- IAS: Bachelor Degree in Any Stream in Any Recognized University in India
- IFS0: Bachelor Degree as one of Subject Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology, Agriculture or Equivalent
Age Limit (1st August 2019)
- You should have a minimum of 21 years
- You should have a maximum of 32 years
- You can refer to the notification to know about the extra relaxation. You will get the age relaxation as per the recruitment rules.
